Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided via WipeRight, operated by Indislate Technologies Private Limited. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Monthly Subscription (₹149/month)

  • Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be provided for unused portions of the billing period.

3. Annual Subscription (₹999/year)

  • Refunds for annual subscriptions are only available if requested within 3 days of the purchase date.
  • Refunds will only be processed if no deletion requests have been initiated during this period.
  • After 3 days or once deletion requests have been initiated, the annual subscription fee becomes non-refundable.
  • You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, but access will continue until the end of the annual billing period.

4. One-Time "Full Clean-Up Cycle" (₹999)

  • Refunds are only available if requested before our team begins processing your deletion requests.
  • Once verification work begins (including profile review and broker identification), the fee becomes non-refundable.
  • You will receive a confirmation email when processing begins, after which refunds are no longer possible.
  • The one-time clean-up is a service, not a guarantee of results. Success depends on third-party data broker compliance.

5. Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, your access to premium features will be paused until successful payment is received.
  • We will attempt to notify you via email if a payment fails.
  • Repeated payment failures may result in automatic cancellation of your subscription.

6. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription through any of the following methods:

  • Billing Dashboard: Navigate to Settings → Billing in your WipeRight account and click "Cancel Subscription".
  • Email Support: Send a cancellation request to support@indislate.com with your registered email address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellation requests via email to be processed.
