1. Introduction

WipeRight is a data-deletion automation platform owned and operated by Indislate Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Definitions

  • "Service" refers to the WipeRight platform, including all features, tools, and functionalities provided through our website and applications.
  • "User" refers to any individual who creates an account and uses the Service.
  • "Subscription" refers to the paid plans that provide access to premium features of the Service.
  • "Full Clean-Up Cycle" refers to a one-time service where our team processes deletion requests on behalf of the User for all identified data brokers.
  • "Data Broker" refers to third-party entities that collect, aggregate, and sell personal information.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using WipeRight, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Use of Service

  • Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information as required for the Service to function effectively.
  • WipeRight acts as a facilitator for data deletion requests under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and other applicable privacy regulations.
  • WipeRight does not guarantee that data brokers will comply with deletion requests. The success of deletion requests depends on third-party data brokers and their respective policies.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing and confirming the information submitted in deletion requests.

5. Subscription & Billing

WipeRight offers the following pricing options:

  • Monthly Subscription: ₹149 per month, billed monthly.
  • Annual Subscription: ₹999 per year, billed annually.
  • One-Time Full Clean-Up Cycle: ₹999 for a single comprehensive clean-up.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payment gateway terms and conditions apply to all transactions processed through our platform.

6. Refunds

Refund requests are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

7. User Responsibilities

As a User of WipeRight, you agree to:

  • Not misuse the automation features for any unlawful purpose.
  • Not impersonate another person or submit deletion requests on behalf of others without their explicit consent.
  • Not attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service.
  • Not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm data brokers or any third parties.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the WipeRight platform, including but not limited to branding, logos, design, software, and content, are owned by Indislate Technologies Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on a "best-effort" basis. WipeRight does not guarantee that all deletion requests will be successful.
  • WipeRight is not responsible for the actions, policies, or failures of external data brokers.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Indislate Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Mumbai/Bangalore - Placeholder]. Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
