WipeRight will send data deletion and consent-withdrawal requests to data brokers, marketing databases, and similar entities on your behalf.

Authorization to Act on Your Behalf (India – DPDP) 1. Purpose of Authorization You authorize WipeRight ("We", "Us") to act as your authorized agent for the specific purpose of exercising your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable privacy laws. 2. Scope of Authority This authorization is limited to: - Submitting requests for the erasure (deletion) of your personal data to data brokers, marketing agencies, and other data fiduciaries. - Submitting requests to withdraw previously given consent for data processing. - Requesting confirmation of data deletion. - Following up on submitted requests and escalating grievances if necessary. 3. Limitations This authorization does NOT grant us the power to: - Access your financial accounts or authorize transactions. - Sign contracts on your behalf (other than for the data privacy purposes listed above). - Create new accounts or incur liabilities in your name. 4. Duration and Revocation This authorization remains valid until you revoke it by terminating your account or contacting us in writing. You may revoke this authorization at any time. 5. Representation You confirm that you are the individual whose data is being protected, or you are the legal guardian of such individual if they are a minor or person with disability.
